It is agreed and understood that I will assume full responsibility and liabitity for te above vehicle and completely relieve the Jacksonville Sheriff Office and the City of Jacksonville for all resposibility and liability that might arise as a result of the disposition of the vehicle. I will retain this vehicle at my garage or storage facility until it is released to legal owner or until it is disposed of in accordance with Florida Statute 713.78, or as otherwise provided by law. It is agreed and sanctions set forth in the current Police Traffic Regulation.

Please be advised, as the vehicle owner, you are responsible for any and all accrued towing & storage charges from the time the vehicle enters our lot. Our storage rate is: $23.20 per day.

As the vehicle owner, your options are as follows, with ID Proof of ownership:

  1. If you have full coverage insurance on your vehicle, contact your insurance company immediately as they usually cover all towing and storage costs, however you are still responsible if the charges are not paid.
  2. Pay with cash, Visa, MasterCard or cashier check on all accrued towing and storage charges and remove the vehicle from our storage lot. No personal checks or money orders will be accepted.
  3. Within seven (7) calendar days, pay all accrued towing charges, sign over the clear title and we will dispose of the vehicle.
  4. Do nothing and the vehicle will be sold at auction with the accrued towing and storage charges (minus sale/salvage price) remaining your responsibility. We reserve the right to use a collection agency if necessary.

This is also acknowledgement that you are removing your personal items from said vehicle.

Southern Wrecker & Recovery is not responsible for any slips, falls, cuts or personal injury accidents that occur while on our premises.

I therefore relieve Southern Wrecker & Recovery LLC and its agents, officers and employees from the responsibility and liability any and all claims, actions, demands, and damages, that might arise as a result of the release of this vehicle and its contents to the above named individual.
